Pulled Pork

3 pounds boneless pork butt (Boston butt roast), shoulder or blade roast
1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbl. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbl. sugar
1 tbl. (Heaping) crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbl. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in crock pot (slow cooker).  Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours OR HIGH 5 hours, remove and shred meat to serve. 
Makes about 3 pounds of barbecue.
