Membership in Burnt Store Isles Association, Inc. is governed by Article II, "Membership and Dues," of the By-Laws.  Receipt, processing and overall administration of membership is the responsibility of the Membership Director of the BSIA Board of Directors. Persons wishing additional information or Membership Applications should contact the Director directly. Click here to contact the Membership Director.

Information supplied on this form will be used to qualify you for membership as well as for entry into our database used for BSIA Newsletter mailings and BSIA telephone directory listings. This database is NEVER sold nor given to anyone for any other purpose.

Payment is due by January 31st in order to be included in the Annual Directory

I want to be a new member and will mail a check for $40.00 ($30.00 annual dues + $10.00 initiation)). New members joining after July 1 pay $30.00 ($20.00 dues and $10.00 initiation fee).
