CONTRACTORS LIST

The original concept for this Contractors List originated in the aftermath of the hurricane Charlie disaster that hit Punta Gorda. In 2003 The late Dr. David Phelen conceived and maintained a list of service providers as a resource for BSI property owners. The list is organized into groups of service categories and those categories are further broken down into individual trades. The list utilizes the experiences of BSI property owners to report positive or negative experiences and a tally of "favorable" or "Unfavorable" reports are presented on the list.

BSIA, its officers, directors, and the webmaster present this information to aid property owners in identifying and selecting service providers. The information has been contributed by homeowners in BSI and does not represent either a positive or negative endorsement by the webmaster or the Burnt Store Isles Association.
